Hatha Yoga Science as Medecine

Hatha Yoga here is understood as the whole set, the combination of Asana, Shat-Karma, Pranayama, Mudra, Mantra, Nada and Meditation to create a star gate inside of the human being in order to transcend self-contraction of the body-mind complex and to awaken in true reality beyond the dimension of personal limitation. It is a vast science with many branches in traditional and contemporary culture. I will focus on the more ancestral path, the true path of transcendence and not for self improvement as it is done in the west.
I have studied Yoga science in Yoga Point in India where I completed two teacher trainings (read training I and training II) and I also studied with Sri Sahay ji in Lonavla also in India (read the story) . My fourth Hatha Yoga training was at Hridaya School in Mazunte Mexico (read the story).
In this section I will share as much as traditionally rooted content about Asana, Mantra, Pranayama and mediation, either from my teachers or closely related teachings to give you the right introduction into this often deformed ancestral way of true awakening.

Looking at the word Pranayama - Prana means life energy, energy that moves in our system. It includes oxygen, which is also energy and various other energies like digestive energy. It is also prana that helps us excrete. There are many pranas in our system like prana, apana, udana and samana. When you say Prana-yama, yama means rules.
