After our Hatha Yoga Teacher training at Vidya Yoga Gurukul in Nashik a small group of us took the train to Goa to integrate our awakening and teachings we received at the ashram and to spend the end of the year together. Goa even very touristy is a true paradise on earth and we opted for the more remote and quiet Agonda Beach and a few days in Arambol.
Some of the group attended an Acro-Yoga training and some others, me included we just chilled at the beach, drinking coconut water, singing mantras and driving around with the scooter. Some friends of ours got married the Vedic way which was breathtaking.
I thank my friends forever for this blissful time as a small family being born into the yogic realm.
