Food as medecine.

I used to be a normal guy, eating normal food, which means that which you can buy in stores in shiny boxes. Normal right? The way we have been conditioned what food is and where to get is has been so engrained in us, that all that is not man produced seems off and annoying or takes too much time to prepare. I will not go into a rant about how the market has poisoned us over generations but is it actually a crime against humanity and we have been so blind and separated from nature that is seemed to be in our good right to reinvent or imitate in a shabby way that what life provides us to thrive on our full potential. Life takes care of life, that means life feeds itself, feeds us, and has provided all necessary means to keep us healthy so that it can flow freely through us. True natural Food is medicine for mind body and spirit and nothing can replace that which always already the case. Some great holistic systems have been received by human kind that help us to regulate the bio spycho-physical organism we are in a most balanced and sustainable way. One of these if Ayurveda. It is not my task to teach this science in depth here but I do want to stress it brilliance and ease of use into your own life. In this section I will guide to the basics so that you can explore more for yourself and integrate this properly.
